SHIPPING INFO
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a text message from us at the number you provided within 10 minutes after your order is submitted. Your order is not placed in the cue until you confirm the order via text message. Payment will be taken by the driver upon arrival.

Once your delivery driver arrives, you have 5 minutes to meet the driver outside. Any wait time beyond 5 minutes is at the driver's discretion. No-shows may be subject to customer being banned from using our service in the future. If you miss your delivery, there may be a minimum $5 fee to re-deliver your order.
GENERAL INFO
We are delivery only and do not have a storefront for in-person shopping. Refunds are valid only until the driver leaves the delivery location. Please check your order before completion of delivery. Orders without a full legal name, address or phone number will be cancelled.
We only deliver to the Central Los Angeles area. We do not ship any products. tax is included in the display price. Delivery fee for all orders is $6.
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods we currently take are cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay only. We do not accept card payments of any form. For Apple Pay payments, you must be able to send the payment through iMessage or the Apple Pay app. We do not have the Apple Pay reader for phone-tap payments.

How do I pay for my order?You will pay the delivery driver in person. We only accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle and Cash App. For Apple Pay, you must be able to send the payment through iMessage. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS OR PAYPAL OR APPLE PAY READER PAYMENTS.

What fees are involved in my order?Tax is included in the display price. An additional delivery fee of $6 will be added to the subtotal of your order.

Can the driver come up to my apartment/hotel?For driver safety, we advise drivers to wait outside and customers to meet the driver outside the building. Delivery to customer's door is at the driver's discretion and may include an extra fee.
